Clean and Jerk: Not timed, but not taking huge breaks either.

6 rounds: 3-3-3-2-2-1 reps.

Intended to be almost too much weight by the last round with 1 rep. I completed with 185lbs. I am realizing that it is possible to do more weight in some of these olympic weight lifting exercises, but if I am not using excellent technique, then I am not getting the most out of it. Another guy in the gym at the same time was working on 275lbs. clean and jerk.
